The Mobile Batching Plant Mobispa 60, is assembled on one fully integrated 2-axle semi-trailer.

Plug & Play concept: All systems concerning storage, operation, weighing, transport, and mixing are fully assembled and connected on the semi-trailer, as well as everything else that renders the machine fully autonomous. The Mobispa 60, is both easy to transport and simple and fast to install, thus permitting the production of high standards concrete just in a few hours from the arrival of the machine at the job site, without demanding special job site preparations, special foundations etc.

Mobispa 60, has been primarily fully developed by SPANOS and is patented based on the ΟΒΙ 2007/1005466 certificate.

During the designing of the plant, it was fully forethought that the stability and the essential security should fully cover the demands of DIN 15018 specification, while Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been applied for the entire structure. The quality is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Maximum corrosion protection of the steel structures is being achieved with shotblasting Sa2½ according to ISO 8501-1. The paint system followed, corresponds to corrosivity category C2I/Medium according to ISO12944, with nominal dry film thickness (NDFT) 120 μm. All paints are supplied by Hempel, one of the world’s most trusted coatings supplier.

Every batching plant bears the CE sign, which states compliance with the 2006/42 CEE regulation concerning machinery safety. Furthermore, the whole structure fully covers the European directions 27/97 EC ,98/12-ECE-R13, 97/28 ECE –R48, 996/64 EC ,2001/43 ECE-R30, R54, R64, 89/297EC and therefore it can travel on every European road and highway without the need of any special permission.
