ITEROXID 100%-GR HIGH PERFORMANCE has the following properties:

Is a revolutionary concept of pigment for hot mixes (synthetic or asphaltic), designed to optimize
special pavement mixes during the production process.
Is a 100% granular based pigment specially studied to avoid dust during transportation, handling
and dosing.
Is used to realize pleasant environmental effects (pedestrian zones, sidewalks, private roads,
cycle tracks, parking lots, sport fields, etc.), road safety in hazardous zones (parking areas,
crossings, emergency lanes, etc.) and enhance the surface visibility (tunnels, etc.).
The production of red mixes with ITEROXID 100%-GR HIGH PERFORMANCE does not provide
any type of plant, process nor application modifications.
Is 100% water and UV resistant.
Improves colour intensity and mechanical properties of the mix.
Increases workability even at low temperatures.
Reduces the binder content and reduces by 40% the pigment quantity.

ITEROXID 100%-K has the following properties:

Is used has a pigment for the realization of the red mixes and colored concretes.
Has a bright red hue consequently has a lower dosage than other similar oxides.
Is used to realize pleasant environmental effects (pedestrian zones, sidewalks, private roads,
cycle tracks, parking lots, sport fields, etc.), road safety in hazardous zones (parking areas,
crossings, emergency lanes, etc.) and enhance the surface visibility (tunnels, etc.).
The production of red mixes with ITEROXID 100%-K does not provide any type of plant
modifications, to obtain the maximum product performance the recommended production
temperatures are 120-140°C. Together with the use of ITEROXID 100%-K during the
preparation process of red colored mixes, you must use the additive ITERLENE 1301, essential
to revive the colour, improve the workability and guarantee an antistripping action.

ITERLENE 1301 has the following properties:

Is an additive specially studied for the production of colored mix.

Is composed of particular substances mixture, exempt of tar oil, essential to brighten the colour
and to guarantee a perfect balance between plasticity and the coloring itself, in order to obtain a
perfectly homogeneous coloring.

Is added directly in the mixing plant immediately after the release of the pigment dye.
